What is a Cabinet?

A cabinet contain documents that share the same index values. Visit the Document Classification using Cabinets page for more information.


Cabinet View

When you hover over the Documents menu all the available cabinets are listed as sub-menu items. One selecting a link the cabinet view will be display with the cabinets in a tree on the left and the main pane on the right. By default the global search is displayed which searches documents across cabinets. Each cabinet contains a new search option for searching within the cabinet, and personal and public saved queries.

The recent queries link on the tree, displays a list of recently accessed queries:
